Janitri is a socio-cultural non-profit organization whose mission is to give a forum for all moms and those with a mother’s heart from within to interact, empower, and support one another while spreading love and kindness to make the world a better place to live. With a focus on education, healthcare, and women’s empowerment, the team at Janitri is on the verge of creating the largest community of happy mothers together with rejoicing the occasion of Mother’s Day from 9th -31st May by organizing different activities such as webinar on understanding the education as a right. The webinar is headed by the chairperson Mrs. Indu Punj.

Women in leadership, it goes without saying, are important. Women are passionate, resourceful, and creative. A woman is a mother who possesses so many leadership qualities as they have to lead a family, an entire system towards a desired common goal of the family. They perceive the world through the prism of opportunity, and they are authentic and practical in their strategic thinking, as well as innovative and action-oriented. The need for more female leaders has never been greater, and janitors are a shining example. Let’s take a look at Janitri’s world: entrusting and empowering mothers: female leadership.

Without a doubt, when women become entrepreneurs, they bring a unique set of talents, innovative perspectives, and significant structural and cultural distinctions to the table, all of which help to create effective solutions. A new sense of awareness emerges as a result of bringing a creative perspective to the table, unplugging women’s straight path to success. Janitri presents workshops on women’s entrepreneurship in various categories such as physical wellness, women’s entrepreneurship strategies to scale the start-up, women’s financial health, strategies to build a great team, Creativity and innovation, roadmap to start and excel in the travel business, cake making workshop, and women skill development workshop, among others.

“We are really glad to celebrate the full month as mothers’ exclusive month,” says successful mompreneur and founder of Janitri, Mrs. Rumi Borah, “and I think all the moms and Janitrians will greatly benefit from it.” Additionally, we are digitally honoring 50 mothers.”

“At Janitri, we are committed to aiding women in their road to empowerment by enabling the correct education and great healthcare, therefore ensuring their success,” says Mrs. Vandana Teji of the Janitri team. This Mother’s Day, I’m appealing to you to contribute to our ongoing projects aimed at realizing women’s genuine potential by allowing their everlasting energy to enlighten them.”

“At Janitri, our goal is to reach as many moms as possible in order to provide a healthy and safe atmosphere for their physical and psychological well-being, as well as to propagate the message of “SELF HELP.” Janitri encourages women to come forward and share their stories of fitness and healthy living on Mother’s Day.” Dr. Shakti, Aham Arogyam, agrees (Janitri)

“While fulfilling her children’s wants, a mother forgets about her own desires. She feeds her children by making their favorite dishes, and she tells them new stories. She also assists her children in the preparation of their school projects and with their academics. Mothers instill good manners, equality, morality, and humanity in their offspring. In reality, every child’s mother is the most valuable present he can receive. On this “MOTHER’S DAY,” a hearty tribute to all such WOMEN who are also fantastic mothers for showing their children the path and encouraging them to improve in life every day!!” shared by Anushri Bhattacharjee, Janitri team.

Rekha Pandey, a Janitrian shares “Janitri feels pleased to inform that through its flagship initiative”Bhavati”they have started empowering mothers and women, to the extent that they are realizing their True Powerand are creating their influence, as True Leaders. Thus, Entrusting and empowering mothers,is what Janitri stands for, the team at Janitriinvites all mothers and women to come forward and join hands with BHAVATI, the initiative of Janitri and start an awesome journey of “Power and Responsibilities”, and become True leaders and transform the world with their TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP”

“MOTHERHOOD IS HARD BUT BLISS!” Dr.Raina Khatri Tandon, Janitri teamconcludes. Molding a new life, a new journey of righteousness is an art and a skill. I strive to be the best parent and a safe and dedicated mother, yet I struggle and make mistakes sometimes. I become tired, but I still want to make sure that my child is cared for and loved, so I SHOW UP. I’M RIGHT THERE! “I GET IT!”

Mothers and women are biologically evolved to be gentle, caring, and nurturing. Women’s leadership thus leads to a more peaceful, joyous, and healthy world. As a result, Janitri works hard to empower Indian women entrepreneurs by training and coaching them as they embark on their business journey.
